About the Event

Healthy soil is the foundation of a resilient farm - but for those of us on brashy ground or other challenging soils, building and maintaining that health can feel like an uphill battle. A Bokashi system is one approach that could be worth considering.

Hosted by Nick Phillips at Kilkenny Farm, Bibury, this is a practical morning event with a live look at Nick's composting bunker. Nick and his team will share how they got started, what's worked and what hasn't, followed by a visit to the bunker to see the system in action.

We'll also hear from specialists at Agriton, who will cover the science behind fermentation, soil outcomes, wider farm applications, and the practical and financial considerations of setting up a system.
