About the Event
Kindly hosted by runner-up Soil Farmer of the Year Ed Horton at Coates Manor Farm, we have the opportunity to hear about the process of making Manor Farm fully regenerative. This will be inspiration for farmer members looking to make a change on their holding. We'll hear about considerations for the yard, the land and soil management. Soil scientist Elizabeth Stockdale of NIAB will be with us too.
The event will also be a chance to look at opportunities for getting a premium on regen and explore a group approach to supplying regenerative grain. As an example of one route to market, we'll hear the perspective of Bertie Matthews of Matthews Mill and the progress he has been making at Matthews Mill on a regen grain label.
