About the Event
The event will focus on the infrastructure required to increase the capacity and quality of local venison into the food supply chain. We will also discuss the general upward trend of deer numbers in our region and the need for a deer management strategy as we embark on landscape-scale habitat creation projects. This links to a Good Food Oxford intitiative to connect catering services with farm supply.
