About the Event

Come and join us at Manor Farm, Hazleton, to learn about what the farm has been doing over the last five years through CS Mid Tier to prepare the ground and build soil health, and how that groundwork has paved the way for an exciting new venture with regenerative grazing specialist Silas Hedley-Lawrence (Grassfed Farmer).

The farm will walk us through their new outwintering system, exploring how cattle are being integrated into the farm to build natural capital, improve soil function, and stack enterprises on the same land. As ever, we'll dig into the motivations, the practicalities, and the numbers, what's working, what's been learned, and what's next.

We'll kick off with tea, coffee, and biscuits before heading out on the farm walk. Expect to be with us for 2–3 hours. All are welcome, whether you're already outwintering or just curious about whether it could work in your system.
