Catchment Sensitive Farm Adviser / Farm Cluster Facilitator
The NECFC CIC is recruiting for a dual role operating principally in the Cherwell, Evenlode and Windrush catchments, to:
Facilitate the delivery of two Farmer Clusters' Countryside Stewardship Facilitation Fund objectives and their wider strategies, specifically through collective action and shared learning.
Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, landowners, and agricultural advisors to foster a cooperative environment and support delivery of Defra’s Environmental improvement plan (EIP).
This position is hosted by the NECFC and will be supported by both the Clusters and Natural England. This is a full-time role and a fixed term contract.
